The Tejano Thunder Against Diabetes concert kicks off at 5 p.m. at Harlingen Field (home of the RGV WhiteWings); featuring Little Joe & La Familia, and other popular bands including Jay Perez, Javier Galvan, Raulito Navaira, Jimmy Edward, Gabriel, Roger Velasquez, David Marez, Bob Gallarza, DeHeBeGeBeeS, and Grupo Vida!
Gates open at 3 p.m.; no outside food or beverages allowed.
Tickets are $15 in advance; $20 at the gate; kids 10 and under admitted free. Ticket locations are RGV Bootjacks in Brownsville and McAllen and Johnny's True Value in Harlingen.
